Prices are per vehicle in Canadian dollars and include GST and airport fees. Gratuity is not included. Pickups and drop-offs between 10 pm and 6 am add $75. For 6 or 7 guests or other pickup points, send us an inquiry and we will quote it.

Our Vehicles
Our year-round van is an 8-passenger Ford Transit. It is most comfortable for 1 to 5 guests and carries about 10 suitcases plus skis and snowboards. We can fit up to 7 guests with luggage, but it is a snug ride, so we will check with you first. In winter it runs on proper winter tires.

From June to September we add an all-wheel-drive 10-passenger Ford Transit, which seats 5 to 7 guests comfortably with room for everyone's bags. For bigger groups we can run two vehicles; ask us for a quote.
Custom Transfers in the Bow Valley
Hotel to hotel, Calgary to Kananaskis, a ski day at Lake Louise or Sunshine, dinner in Banff: if it is in the Bow Valley, we can drive it. Tell us where and when and we will send a price.
Skiing? A ski day at Lake Louise or Sunshine works as a custom transfer, with winter tires in winter and space for your skis and snowboards.
Add Sightseeing to Your Transfer
Make the drive part of the trip. Stop at Lake Louise or along the Bow Valley Parkway on your way in, or book a full sightseeing day with your own van and driver.

No. Our transfers are private vans booked for your group only, door to door, rather than a public or shared shuttle bus. Nobody outside your group rides with you.
How much luggage can we bring?
The 8-passenger Transit carries about 10 suitcases plus skis or snowboards. Let us know about bikes or anything oversized.
Can you take skis and snowboards?
Yes. Skis and snowboards ride in the van with your suitcases, and in winter the van runs on winter tires. Tell us how many sets you are bringing when you book.
Do you drive in winter?
Yes. The van runs on winter tires, and we drive these roads all year. Transfers to Field, BC are offered June to September only.
Can you take more than 5 people?
Up to 7 fit with luggage in the 8-passenger van, and the 10-passenger van is available June to September. Larger groups can travel in two vehicles.
Do we need a Parks Canada pass?
While you ride with us, our commercial park pass covers you. If we drop you off in Banff, Lake Louise or Field, you will need your own pass for the rest of your stay.
Do you provide child car seats?
Please bring your own child seat and install it yourself. We will make sure there is room for it.
How do payment and cancellations work?
Payment is due in full at booking. Cancel 7 or more days before your transfer for a full refund, less any non-recoverable card processing fees; within 7 days, no refund is issued. Full terms are on our booking terms page.
